1. Portal, Online and social media Manager
- Working with the Digital Agency and other partners, you will manage contents on the AirtelTigo owned digital portals including AirtelTigo App, Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.
- Ensure all campaigns are properly booked and tracked for results and accurate spend.

- Manage and train POAs on activation processes
- Prepare daily route before going out on the field/market and sending daily visitation reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly itinerary on the last Friday of every (current) month.
- Maintain and grow active productive POAs base in assigned area.

- Maintain and monitor controls within the accounts payable team in line with AirtelTigo internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are applied at all times when dealing with all aspects of the supplier invoice processes, staff claim processes and supplier management.
- Ensure processes exist to follow up on a timely and consistent basis, all open workflow items in the payable processes.

4. Account Manager Public Sector
- Provide account data to the Director, B2B Sales for developing a sales plan and monitoring its implementation
- Leadership of account and virtual teams to meet targets for profitability and revenues.
- Develop contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for sector allocated.

5. Manager, CVM & Campaign Management
- Design and lead customer profiling analysis, revenue stimulation, retention, and loyalty program & strategy and churn management.
- Manage campaign design, configuration, UAT, prioritization, launch, and post launch monitoring.
- Develop campaign processes, catalogue, template, briefs/training, business case, and reporting.
