1. Senior IT Officer
Grade/Level: Level 19
Overview
The Senior IT Officer will provide technical leadership in managing NaCCA’s ICT systems, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the Council’s digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and security of IT systems and networks
- Ensure compliance with international ICT standards and best practices
- Support system upgrades, data management, and infrastructure improvements
- Provide technical support across departments
- Safeguard institutional data and digital resources
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
2. Senior Estates Officer
Overview
This role involves managing NaCCA’s physical assets, estates, and facilities to ensure efficient use and proper maintenance of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee estate management and facility operations
- Coordinate maintenance of buildings and institutional property
- Support planning and allocation of physical resources
- Ensure compliance with safety and facility management standards
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Estate Management, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field
- Professional experience in facilities or estates management is required
3. Assistant Human Resource Officer
Overview
The role supports the Human Resource Unit in delivering effective HR administration and staff development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Support staff training and development programmes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in HR support functions is an advantage
