Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university
- Professional certification(s) in software development or systems analysis
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar IT development role
Main Responsibilities
- Analyse and develop information systems solutions based on business requirements and agreed timelines
- Integrate LLM-powered features into internal systems and customer-facing tools (e.g., chatbots, document analysis, intelligent search)
- Develop Business Objects (BO) reports based on business needs
- Build and manage APIs for third-party integration
- Prepare setup and configuration guides before deployment in test/homologation environments
- Support system and database administrators during deployments
- Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on new or updated systems
- Manage integration of external application interfaces
- Analyse production incidents and support resolution in line with SLA
- Implement security best practices in application development
- Produce technical documentation for all system developments and changes
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong expertise in C#, VB.Net, .NET Core
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular
- Experience with Python, PHP, R Studio
- Database expertise: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (including SQL/PLSQL)
- Knowledge of Business Objects (BO)
- Experience with Linux command line
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Understanding of finance/financial services domain
- Awareness of industry regulations and ethical AI considerations
- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and Computer Vision
