Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and on time
- Deliver excellent support via phone, text, email, social media, and live chat
- Meet KPIs including response time, resolution efficiency, and documentation accuracy
- Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Quickly adapt to multiple software and technology platforms
- Use tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, CRMs, Google Suite, RingCentral, and more
- Work collaboratively to achieve team and departmental goals
- Maintain professionalism and accountability in every interaction
- Communicate clearly with strong written and verbal skills
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the client’s brand values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven customer service/support experience
- Strong written communication and listening skills
- Ability to show empathy and understanding in written communication
- Strong problem-solving and customer retention skills
- Passion for delivering results and improving customer experience
- Experience with chat support software and CRM tools
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiarity with data entry and management
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must have stable high-speed internet, a working laptop, and reliable backup power
