Open Roles
Oversee patching, backups, and license management for network systems. Ensure secure backup externalization and implement logging and access control policies.
Serve as a technical leader within the infrastructure team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality IT services and contribute to infrastructure development initiatives.
Provide responsive support for network and system-related issues, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and handling user requests via calls or emails.
2. Functional Lead (Business Analyst)
- Maintain and administer business applications, ERP systems, and databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance with IT standards.
- Execute planned operational tasks, perform regular system maintenance, and ensure daily backups and restore tests are conducted for critical applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changes.

3. Technical Operator (Packaging)
- Support the Packaging Team Lead in achieving production plans, performance targets, and customer service levels.
- Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximize equipment availability and efficiency.
- Ensure effective use of raw materials, minimizing and accounting for waste.
- Monitor and optimize bottle quality, delivering Right First Time (RFT) performance on quality parameters.
