1. Drill Electricians
- A minimum of Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1
- A minimum of 3 years hands post qualification experience in Earth Moving Heavy Equipment/Drill Rigs
- Ability to read, understand and interpret all technical literature and Electrical schematics
- Good understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET)
- Good understanding of Power Generation Systems and Operation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must have at least Ghanaian driver’s license BE
2. Drill Mechanics
- A minimum of MVT/MET Part 1
- Minimum of 3 years hands on post qualification experience in Earth Moving Heavy Equipment/Drill Rigs
- Able to read, understand and interpret all technical literature
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Ghanaian driver’s license BE
- Good understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET)
- Experience in Caterpillar Field Service would be an advantage

3. Hydraulic Mining Shovel Electricians
- A minimum of Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1
- No less than 3 years hands on post qualification experience in Earth Moving Heavy Equipment / Hydraulic Mining Shovel
- Capacity to read, understand and interpret all technical literature and Electrical schematics
- Great understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET)
- Wide understanding of Power Generation Systems and Operation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Should have at least Ghanaian driver’s license BE
4. Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanics
- A minimum of MVT/MET Part 1
- Minimum of 3 years hands on post qualification experience in Earth Moving Heavy Equipment/Drill Rigs
- Proficiency in understanding, interpreting all technical literature
- Exceptional Troubleshooting skills
- Must have at least Ghanaian driver’s license BE
- Excellent understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET)
- Experience in Caterpillar Field Service would be an advantage
Basic Job Standards:
- Must be prepared to work long hours and on weekends
- Should be ready to work in a noisy and dirty environment
- Have to be capable of working with little or no supervision
- Excellent reading and writing skills
