Here is the latest job opportunity at M-KOPA. The company is recruiting the services of Sales Executives at Spintex, Greater Accra, Ghana. The position holders will be in charge of all sales activities in a certain area of a State.
Key Accountabilities:
- Keep track of and meet sales goals within the assigned territory
- Develop local networks to meet and beat sales goals for M-KOPA products
- Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, such as making sure the standard and guidelines for M-KOPA retail points are followed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to reach the goals set by M-KOPA.
- DSRs should be carefully watched and evaluated to make sure they meet performance standards.
- Manage the DSR inventory and take care of audit recommendations according to the M-KOPA guidelines for audit resolution.
- Make a sales and marketing plan for the team to make sure weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals are met. Track and analyze how well marketing campaigns are doing.

Experience, Education, And Skills:
- A person with a first degree or a higher national diploma
- Three or more years of experience selling microfinance, insurance, telecommunications, MobileMoney, fast-moving consumer goods, or other products or services in Ghana.
- Excellent skills in selling and negotiating. Able to inspire and lead a team.
- Planning, organization, and the ability to solve problems are important. They also need to be able to present, communicate, coach, and deal with people.
- Great at getting a wide range of people to do what needs to be done. Able to work calmly under pressure.
