The Financial Assistant will provide support to our finance department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills. and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Duties:
- Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of financial principles and basic accounting procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel and word
- Excellent attention to detai and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work on public holidays, weekends and late hours
