A Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with specialty in dairy products is in search of an operations manager to oversee its operations and and expand its market reach in Ghana.
Job Description
- Identifying and acquiring new customers
- Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle to a successful closure
- Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region
- Building a Sustainable and robust pipeline
- Ensuring Accurate and rigorous forecasting and Account planning
- Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals
- Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management
- Collecting customer feedback as well as market research
- He/She may be required to perform other duties and tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field
- Seven years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license
- Ability to work under stress and resolve conflicts
- Ready and willing to work on weekdays
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a must
Salary: Gh¢ 5,000 fuel allowance
