Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra has a new job vacancy at its Sales & Marketing department. The hospitality company is hiring a passionate Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will help position the hotel and its outlets as market leaders through creative marketing campaigns, brand-building activities, and innovative promotions, all while ensuring compliance with the Kempinski brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and media plans in collaboration with agencies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Coordinate print and digital collateral, promotions, advertising, and photo-shoots.
- Maintain guest databases and oversee marketing communications, both online and offline.
- Work closely with F&B, Rooms, Banquets, and other departments to promote all hotel offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing materials align with Kempinski standards.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new marketing tools to enhance performance.
- Support Corporate Marketing requirements and maintain strong internal and external coordination.
- Contribute to inter-hotel best practices and share successful campaigns for knowledge exchange.
- Assist with administrative and marketing office tasks as needed.
Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in hotel marketing and/or media agencies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and project coordination.
- Copywriting and content creation skills; familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, and CMS tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI marketing tools.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work across multiple projects while keeping deadlines.
