Minimum Requirements:
- WASSCE qualification
- 1–2 years’ experience in dispatch within a corporate environment
- Basic ICT knowledge (an added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Recent police clearance certificate
- Ability to ride a motorbike
- Valid Class A driver’s license (motorbike)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support with a focus on dispatch duties
- Deliver invoices and official letters to clients
- Maintain an accurate dispatch logbook for all deliveries and collections
- Collect cheques and receipts, ensuring same-day banking
- Meet daily collection targets
- Identify client queries and escalate them to the appropriate department
- Verify and update client information
- Follow up on payment commitments
- Interact with clients professionally and courteously during deliveries and collections
