Job Description
The Account Manager – Ghana is a technical sales role, and requires full accountability of the executive for the success of maintaining a long term and financially sound relationship with the existing customer accounts that are assigned to him or her as well as identifying and pursuing new customer accounts.
The role requires efforts in establishing the potential in the assigned customer / territory and building the business for extra revenue and solutions to create win-win situations in between customers and Diversey.
It is a business management role, yet in essence it requires regular technical service to the customer, in order to gain the role of an expert partner and to ensure results are delivered as planned.
The incumbent will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and/or region as well as manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or economics or marketing
- Min 2 years’ experience in similar job
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Good level of French and English communication skills both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
