Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Professional IT certifications in relevant areas.
- Proficiency in network, database, and server administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Job Description:
- Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining firewalls and company servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implementing cybersecurity measures across IT systems to protect against threats.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company’s software, hardware, and network infrastructure to ensure all devices and connections are operational and secure.
- Managing and maintaining the company’s website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of the DEinternational Department.
