- Prepare and submit monthly itinerary on the last Friday of every (current) month
- Prepare daily route before going out on the field/market and sending daily visitation tracker
- Hold daily morning meetings with the team and align on the plan for the day
2. Assistant Procurement Manager
- Maintain a proper filling and monthly tracking system of the status of all the POs and contracts issued and updates provided to the respective heads of departments or specific project leads of user departments.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly reports (including commitments and cost analysis) as well as Internal Control requirements and audit tasks.
- Be the initial point of escalation for issues with suppliers and perform other duties and projects as required or assigned.
- Create, execute, and re-evaluate category strategies aligned to company goals for all areas of significant spending.
- Ensure implementation of global supply chain strategies in local operation and represent the local operation interests in global strategy creation.
- Overall responsibility for supply base management of existing supply base, actively seek market knowledge for existing and new products/services and shape supply base for efficiency.
