Here is the January 2023 Job recruitment ongoing At Airpro Ghana. The company is searching for a Territory Sales Executive (Traditional Trade).

Job Responsibilities:

New Business Development; Develop the assigned traditional trade markets by recruiting new wholesalers.
Executing sales strategy and ensuring sales growth through driving effective channel penetration to achieve established sales targets.
Generate new sales leads and channels expanding existing customer base within the Traditional Trade Market(Open markets) as well as finding wholesalers for each assigned territory.
Effectively sell the value offering of your product range to meet all relevant customers needs and sales targets

Manage and monitor sales of existing customers by following up regularly ensuring proper display of the brands products on store shelves
Prepare timely customer acquisition, weekly sales and market analysis reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Ensuring strict adherence to credit management policy.
Maintain and develop relationships with all customers.
Analyze your territory and markets potential, track sales and make status reports.
Gather relevant Data from Market

Minimum 2 years sales experience in a Sales role (Traditional Trade Market) within the FMCG industry
Good understanding of and experience in working with B2B customers.
Proven track record of selling a full portfolio of products.
Passion for selling FMCG or premium products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at customer level.
A team player with high level of dedication
· Sound knowledge in IT and Microsoft Office skills
