Melcom Group is currently hiring several people for the role: Horeca Sales Executives.
The company stands out as Ghana’s leading chain of retail department stores. The establishment’s headquarters is located at 2nd Palace Link Road, North Industrial Area, Accra. They primarily focus on retail, with substantial involvement in semi-wholesale and wholesale distribution, supported by our extensive array of products.
Duties:
- Achieve HORECA channel sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
- Service the existing clients and to look at opportunities to expand business through the appointment of new clients.
- Will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Ensure range selling across all relevant outlets.
- Regular reporting of market intelligence.
- To strictly adhere to reports on time.
- Supporting technology implementation of business strategies and championing cost-effective solutions
- Make sure to comply with market working policies and procedures

Educational And Work Experiences:
- You should have WASSCE, Diploma, and HND in Marketing is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of l to 3 years of working experience in sales
