POSITION: Human Resource Officer
JOB DUTIES
- Implement progressive HR policies and procedures to guide general administrative and operational processes at the company
- Implement a sustainable filing system to build staff data and management through all
departments. - Liaise with the Finance Department to implement a progressive payroll structure based on performance and productivity
- Set-up a robust decentralized electronic HR system
- Implement yearly HR training plans
- Submit monthly HR reports for the information and attention of Management.
- Liaise with all Departments to design and implement Weekly Action Plans (WAP)
- Institute effective communication channels and schemes to grow organizational understanding and reduce the “grapevine”.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other related course.
- Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (IHRMP, SHRM-CP, CIPD) etc. Minimum of Two (2) years’ working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the labor laws of Ghana
- Professional knowledge and practice of industrial relations
REMUNERATION
NET SALARY: GHc 1,500 – GHc 3,500
