The company is seeking an experienced CRC Operations Manager to lead and manage all functions within our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Ghana. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class operations in safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all risks, hazards, and incidents are identified and managed effectively.
- Develop and execute annual budgets, manage service sales, and control expenses to meet profit targets.
- Address customer concerns promptly and uphold service quality standards.
- Oversee daily CRC operations, optimize workflow, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across production, technical, and planning functions.
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management within a technical or service-based industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams while driving efficiency and profitability.
- High-level communication and customer relationship skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in Africa or within the Caterpillar product environment is an advantage.
