Ghacem Limited, a member of Heidelberg Materials, is inviting job applications for a Production Supervisor at its Tema facility. This is a full-time opportunity for qualified engineering professionals with at least three years of post-qualification experience.
The successful candidate will oversee shift production activities, ensure operational efficiency and maintain safety standards across the production sections.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating shift production to meet operational targets.
- Supervising milling and grinding activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinating production staff, equipment and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring production performance and preparing shift reports.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and effective stock management.
- Identifying defective equipment and initiating repair requests.
- Maintaining compliance with company health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- At least three years of post-qualification experience.
- Must not be above 35 years old.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 9001 will be an advantage.
Candidates should also be prepared to supervise shift personnel and coordinate production activities effectively.
