Ghacem Ghana is presenting the Engineers in Training (EiT) program. It is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry experts, and work on impactful projects. The program is happening at Tema and Takoradi. This program will equip trainees with practical experience.
Program Requirement:
To qualify, you must fall within the category of people below:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial and Materials Engineering only
- Must not be more than 27 years old by December, 2024
- Must have graduated no later than 2022.
- Must have completed national service
Expectation:
Upon completion of the EiT program, a trainee will gain:
- practical experience and knowledge of the entire cement production process
- a sound understanding of plant equipment, functions, and operational procedures.
- a basic understanding of other business lines and business relevant functions
- well-founded theoretical knowledge of cement production
