Minimum Credentials:
- First Degree or HND in any finance related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a robust financial role.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent reporting skills

Key Performance Areas:
- General financial management
- Assisting in preparation and management of budgets and expenditure
- Assist in review of management accounts
- Preparation of monthly salary input for Head Office Payroll Department
- Petty cash management and daily banking
- Creditors and debtors management and associated reconciliations
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring that all valid creditors are paid on time
- Strong Debtors book management
- Maintaining and monitoring day to day cash flow
- Overseeing and managing all processes, controls and policies
- Reviewing files and liaising with auditors for yearend audit
- Overseeing and managing all processes, controls, and policies
- Experience in Ghana Business and Tax Legislations, and compliance.
- Procurement and documentary processing of equipment and stock orders
- Overall administration duties and support
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Strong Staff Management Skills
- Attention to detail is a must

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be innovative
