For this reason, the company is looking for a Procurement Officer who will collaborate with the Head of Procurement to drive excellence in their organization while also supporting the internal Procurement and Supply Chain units.

Workload:

Prepare information and analysis of porifolio. including price benchmarking and Total Cost
Analysis, to enable proper budgeting, cash forecasting.
Develop plans and reports for new supplier onboarding through Ariba.
Execute negotiations, Ariba sourcing and contracting and P20.
Contract and blanket order for OEMs and recurrent purchases.
Coordinate on Logistics with internal or external parties ( i.e. Import Clearance Division), Stores and support Projects Department on all projects.
Conduct supplier performance evaluation to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Execute the assigned materials/service procurement
through the complete purchase process.

Training:

Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related fields i.e. Technical/ Engineering/Production background.
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
Good knowledge in Cost, Price and Total Cost Analysis (TCO).
Good knowledge in Microsoft Application [MS,
Word/ MS. Excel/ MS, PowerPoint], SAP and Ariba.
Good knowledge in Project Management,
Good knowledge in process mapping and contracting.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Must be willing to travel to visit suppliers’ site and conduct supply market intelligence.
