For this reason, Wilmar Africa Limited is advertising an amazing role, IT Officer. The incumbent will collaborate with our IT Infrastructure Team Lead to drive excellence in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1″ Level Support to all IT Infrastructure related issues
- Design, Implementation and Administration of physical security solutions including CCTV and electric fence systems.
- Provide and deploy IT and Network equipment.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Manage assets including maintenance of all IT inventory, life cycle management and related documentations
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or
Computer Science is required. - Strong proficiency in physical security systems.
- Minimum working experience of 3 years in Information
Technology - Strong proficiency in IT products such as Palo Alto, Microsoft Windows Server OS, Lenovo, Cisco etc.
Strong proficiency in IT outsourcing and vendor management. - Strong proficiency in networking and end-user computing.
- Professional Certification in at least CCNA will be an
added advantage.
