1. Head of Group Internal Audit
- Designs and implements agile processes, product, digital, and technology internal audit processes, methodology, and ongoing process improvements
- Drives the timely execution of audit engagements from planning through reporting
- Establishes the scope, objectives, and approach to audits applying a risk-based methodology that achieves timely results and high-quality audit deliverables

- Reports to the country CEO and Board of Directors regularly to review progress on programme implementation and establish improvement plans.
- Ensures adherence to local laws and regulatory requirements
- Ensures and monitors compliance with local and international laws/standards about Market Abuse, Insider Trading, Conflicts of Interests, Market Conduct, and Employee Compliance.
- Ensure all interactions are documented to ensure good service going forward
- Deliver consistent professional levels of service at all times
- Demonstrate a passion and excellence for the core values of the company
- Decide on the appropriate course of action when arranging payments for escalating queries
