Job Summary
The Risk and Internal Audit Officer is responsible for strengthening the company’s governance, risk management, and internal control systems. This role evaluates processes, conducts risk assessments and compliance reviews, and ensures that policies, procedures, and operations meet both regulatory standards and the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities (KPAs):
- Risk Management (25%) – Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, regulatory, reputational, and strategic risks.
- Internal Audit Execution (30%) – Conduct audits, evaluate controls, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Compliance & Governance (20%) – Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Operational Reporting (10%) – Deliver clear and timely reports to support decision-making.
- Leadership & Competence (5%) – Lead by example, uphold company values, and inspire accountability in others.

Leadership & Behavior:
