- The incumbent is the Head of the University Library System and shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the administration and coordination of the entire University Library System which consists of the Main Library, as well as Faculties and Schools Libraries.

The incumbent shall, under the Vice Chancellor be responsible for the internal audit of the accounts and financial transactions of the University.

- The role holder is the Head of the Works and Physical Development Office of the University.
- You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all physical infrastructure facilities of the University.
