Jolly J lounge is a new Restaurant (Nigerian Cuisine) & lounge in Adjiringanor providing Food, Drinks & entertainment.
The Jolly J lounge has great and exciting offers for employment. They are recruiting for 2 Restaurant and Bar managers to work alongside each other on both floors covering the restaurant and Lounge area to produce an outstanding guest experience by managing a service team. The Restaurant and Bar Managers provides a courteous, professional and efficient service, driving sales and maximising profits.
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of ‘TEAM’ to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Manage the restaurant’s inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Qualifications
- At least-2 years’ of full-service restaurant management
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Location: Adjiringanor Road, Otanu Curve, Accra, Ghana
Salary: GHS 4500 monthly

- All applicants who qualify for the position will be contacted for an initial telephone interview.
- If successful, a 2nd interview will be arranged via Zoom or FaceTime
- Third stage will be an invitation to meet the CEO for a final interview at Jolly J Lounge.
- The successful candidates will then be invited for a paid trial week to be assessed. After this you will be offered a permanent position
