Job Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing of Caterpillar and Perkins Power Generating Sets
- Ensure that all sales activities (Leads, calls & opportunities) are recorded in salesforce on a daily basis
- Follow and keep an accurate account database by keeping all customer information, including the number of engines assigned to each customer, up to date.
- Make at least 125 calls per week as a minimum.
- Makes sure that sales are going well and that customers are happy by figuring out what each customer needs and coming up with ways to meet those needs.
- Makes sure that all sales paperwork is kept up to date on every transaction.

- Makes sure that debts are paid on time Makes sure that sales deals are closed and that customers get good service.

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience:
- A good first degree is a must. Excellent communication skills
- Very good MS Office (word, excel) Skills Excellent sales skills and experience with customer service
- At least two years experience selling industrial products
