Basically, this role involves entering, maintaining and updated databases using in-house CRM systems. You are an absolute perfect fit if you have top-notch organisational and administrative skills.
Main Activities:
- Verify and enter information into the company’s CRM with accuracy and completeness
- Constantly maintain and update company records to ensure they are kept current and accurate
- Prepare and sort documents for entry
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant records needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive records
- Build and maintain input processes and perform regular audit to ensure accuracy
Required Qualification & Expertise:
The ideal fit will have the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (WASSCE)
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar position is desired
- Be proficient in the used of data entry softwares and tools such as Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Demonstrate excellent Administrative aptitude
- Ability to pay attention to details and stay accurate in all your duties
- Able to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Have strong organisational and management skills
- Possess great communication skills, both verbal and written
