As the title holder, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.
Roles:
- Strategic Planning: To plan and implement food and beverage offerings to contribute to the strategic goals of the hotel and to capitalise on opportunities presented by trends in the sector Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering services, and banquets
- Staff Management: Train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the food and beverage department’s budget, monitor costs, and ensure profitability
- Customer Service: Maintain the highest standards of customer service and handle customer feedback effectively
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety training
Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in food and beverage management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
- International experience in managing food and beverage operations in diverse cultural settings is highly desirable
