The consult is hiring on behalf of a five-star hotel and a member of a global hotel brand operating in Accra, Ghana. They are seeking a motivated, and possibly an internationally exposed person to join their team.
The Posts:
1. Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of housekeepers, linen attendants, and room attendants
- Monitor the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate housekeeping activities and address any issues or concerns
- Implement quality control measures to ensure guest room cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction
2. Director of Food and Beverage
- Staff Management: Train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the food and beverage department’s budget, monitor costs, and ensure profitability
- Customer Service: Maintain the highest standards of customer service and handle customer feedback effectively
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
