The services of a Deputy Admin. & HR Manager is needed for employment at PassionAir.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, recruitment and selection, and interviewing candidates.
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Liaise with all HODs to provide feedback and analysis of department requirements in terms of staffing, structure, and employee needs together with the AHR Manager.
- Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure employees are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics, turnover rates, staff attendance and activities of the department.
- Design and review training templates for effective exercise
- Analyse departmental performance and institute training needs assessment and programs
- Manage training and development programs across all departments.
- Responsible for managing special projects of AHR initiatives and change management.

Qualification, Experience & Competence
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management
- Professional Membership is an added advantage
- Must possess at least five (5) years of practical experience in a generalist HR environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and relationship management
- Must bossess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing human resources in the Aviation sector is an added advantage
• Demonstrate a good understanding and practical Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
