If so, KAB-FAM Ghana has an opening for the role of Customer Service executive. She will perform customer relations functions and complete sales within the showroom.
Job Description:
- Welcoming and providing assistance to guests
- Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters while suggesting items that may suit their preferences
- Giving reliable information on products to customers
- Assist clients in making selections by building client confidence in your suggestions and opinions.
- Documenting sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processing payments by totaling purchases, processing cheques, cash, and store or other credit/debit cards.
- Keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned sales targets.
- Any additional responsibility may be determined by the Retail Manager.
Criteria
- To qualify for this position, applicants must have a degree in any field.
- You must have worked for at least one year
- Applicant must be friendly and approachable
- Have clear persuasive oral and written skills
- Ability to prioritise buyers’ satisfaction and long-term relationship
- Able to prioritise tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
