- Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time
- Ensure that machines are always in good condition and those broken down are fixed.
- Follow up on approvals for parts required to fix machines in time.
- Oversees and supervises the work of subcontractors in accordance with specifications and designs
- Coordinates activities of all sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all activities are properly coordinated.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Vets and approves all Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Valuations etc.
- Leads meetings with QS team on valuation reports and BOQs and ensure projects are within scope and budget.
- Prepare tenders, develop and present project proposals for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business.
- Meet with clients to find out their requirements, and agree on budgets and timescales.
- Confer with engineers to prepare plans
- Develop plans and estimate costs for constructing systems and operating facilities
- The use of MS Office to convert data from CSV to string file.
- The use of surpal software to calculate the volume of material.
- Submitting inspection requests for engineers inspection
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Provide reports to the Construction Manager on updates on construction processes, resources, and project completion.
- Establish and maintain standards of quality control for all projects.
