Job Description:
- Ensure sales representatives follow the route plans to maximize sales and productivity.
- Achieve volume and value sales targets, gross profit targets, and distribution objectives.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and motivate the sales team.
- Endure continuous communication about stock issues, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
- Equip, coach, and motivate the sales force to achieve objectives.
- Regularly visit customers, manage issues, and provide guidance and training.
- Reviewing stocking patterns in the cash van and being responsible for inventory management every day.
- Achieve sales targets within specific geographical areas.
- Evaluate sales staff performance and handle employee issues.
- To liaise and coordinate with support functions for the smooth operation of the business.
- Supporting technology implementation of business strategy and championing cost-effective solutions.
Education & Experience:
HND/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a related role.
- Very good selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- People management across cultures, and trade development
