Career Responsibilities At KEK Insurance:
- Lead sales reps and track performance.
- Analve details of sales territories to assess their growth potential.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports for Branch Manager and management’s attention as required.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, such as preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy.
- Prospect for areas/companies
- Conduct marketing research to assist the life department in developing appropriate marketing strategies.
- Provide adequate field support for new reps.
- Conduct Marketing presentations.
- Double-check weekly cases captured and vetted by office admin before submission.
- Recruitment of sales reps
- Supervise Sales reps in providing customer service to clients and achieve set targets and KRA’s.
Educational And Work Experience:
- A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND).
- 3-5years work experience preferably in supervisory role.
- Experience in insurance sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Should possess essential sales skills, leadership skills, planning and monitoring Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
- Must possess effective presentation and report writing skills.
