They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our buildings, facilities, and properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are safe, compliant, and running smoothly, while effectively managing staff, contractors, and budgets. Objectives:
- Ensure all facilities comply with safety standards and accurately follow maintenance protocols.
- Maintain equipment and facility provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
- Plan, organize and implement facility installations and refurbishments.
- Supervise maintenance staff and communicate effectively with external contractors and vendors.
- Manage insurance and other relevant contracts.
- Ensure facilities are compliant with regulations and maintenance protocols.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all facilities at all times.
- Coordinate and arrange issuance of gate passes and staff passes at respective company property as required.
- Coordinate with landlord and estate management on contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team on cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas of the facilities.
- Develop and implement budget and maintenance plans.
- Manage the budget to ensure expenses remain within limits.
- Anticipate and address any issues that may impact facility functionality.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the functionality of the facility, as required.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures for the facility.
- Source service providers and establish enforceable agreements to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all national and building regulations.

Requirements:
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain facility budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Must be proactive and pay keen attention to details.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Possess substantial technical knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
- A certificate in Facility Management.
