General Duties:
You will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations in the office in order to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Make sure to keep accurate and secure records of company files and documents
- Share information between workers bosses and others
- See to it that all office tools and appliances are fully functional
- Take care of the office and ensure a clean and working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in administrative management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
