KAIST Advanced Institute for Science-X (KAI-X) is accepting entries for the 2025 Summer KAI-X Research Internship Program. This is a fully funded 7-Week summer internship in South Korea, planned to take of on July 1 and end in August.

Standards:
- Candidates must be foreign undergraduate (third (3rd)/fourth (4th year) or graduate (master’s) students
- You should be studying in one of these natural science fields, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology,
Brain & Cognitive Science, and Medical Science - Applicants must hold non-Korean citizenship
Support:
The following things will be taken care of:
- Round-trip airfare with a maximum limit of 1 million KRW
- Dormitory costs, which should not exceed 500,000 KRW.
- Additionally, a living expense support of 500,000 KRW
- Acquire practical research experience in one of South Korea’s leading and well furnished laboratories

- Letter of recommendation
The Selection:
If chosen, you will be assigned to one of the three laboratories you have indicated, where you will conduct research throughout the internship. Individual communications about the selection decision will be sent by March 31, 2025.
