An Intern (Administrative Associate) is needed At Solidaridad West Africa (SWA). This Internship which is scheduled to begin on 1st March, 2023 will cover a duration of 6 Months.

Key Responsibilities:
The intern shall be responsible for the following:
- Support the day-to-day functioning of the office. This includes updating and monitoring the utilization of all SWA assets, and regular checks/maintenance of facilities.
- Support in the planning and coordination of all events, such as conferences, meetings, visa, travel arrangements, etc.
- Take minutes of meetings and prepare them for presentation.
- Support Head of Admin/HR with the electronic personnel data updates.
- Assist with HR Administrative tasks (employee entry to exit).
- Provide administrative support to the Country Representative, Ghana.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the line manager.
Qualification:
- Degree or Advanced degree in Business/Public Administration, Human Resource Management and or its equivalent. Skills in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Suite is an advantage.
- Professional HR Certification from IHRMP and SHRM will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of Ghana labour law
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc)
- Capable of working in a dynamic, intercultural setting
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
