In a statement from Shatta Movement Records, the cancellation was attributed to “unforeseen circumstances about the artist’s wants.” Shatta Wale is a super successful muscian in the music industry, and has a high status as a wealthy artist and business mogul. These have set high standards for his rider and contractual requirements.
In spite of the the promoters’ best push, they couldn’t fulfill Shatta Wale’s luxurious requests. This makes it impossible to proceed with the concert as planned.
The management apologized to the fans who were looking forward to the concert. They also stated that refunds would be issued automatically to all ticket holders.
