Nacee has clarified the presence of a condom company as a sponsor for his Kavod concert.
He noted that some women, averse to contraceptive pills, may find condoms preferable. In an interview on Joy Prime, Nacee hammered on the gravity of condom use, especially for couples, leading to the sponsorship by the Total Family Health Organization (TFHO), producer of Ebony Condoms.
He touched on the sensitivity of women’s hormonal balance and the varied responses to contraceptive pills. He also included that for married couples wanting to avoid pregnancy without resorting to pills, condoms are a practical option.
Nacee reinforced the role of sponsors in promoting their products, contributing to profit that can, in turn, support church activities like paying tithes.
He clarified that, regardless of the business, God accepts the tithes. Responding to whether condoms would be distributed at the concert, he posited that the company might provide giveaways.
The Kavod Concert 2023 is Nacee’s debut since he ventured into gospel music. The concert, set for November 26 at the National Theatre, combines music and drama, featuring comedians like Clemento Suarez and Foster Romanus, alongside other gospel musicians.
Nacee explained the choice of “Kavod,” meaning ‘The terrifying glory of God.
