Customer Service Officer

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support/telesales, or related role.

Main Duties:

Provide accurate information & sell company products and services to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through approved
communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues to relevant departments when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators

Customer satisfaction ratings.
Response time to customer enquiries and complaints.
Resolution rate of customer issues.
Accuracy of customer records and documentation

Marketing Officer

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3years-5years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities in line with approved marketing strategies and business objectives.
Create awareness of company products and services through effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Prospect for new customers, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators

Achievement of assigned marketing and sales targets.
Number of new customers acquired.
Customer retention and relationship management effectiveness.
Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Assistant Transport Officer

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Professional certification in Fleet or Transport Management is an added advantage.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant experience in fleet management.
