The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship is a prestigious program funded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It aims to attract international students to take Master’s and PhD courses in French Universities.

- Engineering Sciences
- History, French language and civilization
- Law and political science
- Economics and management
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be international students (Non-French)
- Demonstrate outstanding academic standing
- Applications should be submitted through French higher education institutions
- You should be applying for either a master’s or a doctorate program
Benefits Included
Master’s Level
- A monthly living allowance of €1200 will be disbursed to scholars starting from January, 2026
- On top of that the scholarship will help you with:
- Transport to and within France
- Insurance
- Housing search
- Cultural activities
Doctorate Level
- Scholarship holders will receive a monthly stipend of €2100 beginning in January 2026
- In addition to the stipends students will get assistance with international transportation, national transportation, insurance, housing searches, cultural activities, etc.

How To Apply For The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship
To apply for this funding program, you must follow to defined steps.
Step One (1)
- Contact Campus France in your country of origin or the French Embassy’s Cooperation and Cultural Action Department, who can guide you and advise you on your study plans.
- To learn about the procedures and deadlines for submitting an application, contact the international relations department of a French institution via its website, by e-mail or by telephone.
- It’s up to you to choose the school or university that best fits your plans for studying in France.
- All French higher education institutions can submit applications.
Step Two (2)
- The institution accepts and supports your application for the award
- The institution submits your application online via the dedicated Campus France website
Applications sent directly by students or by foreign institutions will be declared ineligible.
Closing Date for the reception of applications by Campus France:
January 8, 2026
From 30th March, 2026, results of the application will be published
