Once again, the Chulabhorn Scholarship accepting entries for the 2024/2025 academic year. This opportunity is open for students looking to do their master’s in Thailand.
The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) was founded by Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana in 2005. It is a multidisciplinary post-graduate institution focused on advanced teaching methods. It aims to cultivate effective thinkers and leaders capable of addressing sustainable development challenges.
CGI currently offers Master’s programs in Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Sciences. This year, CGI is offering 15 scholarships to international students based on merit, while Thai citizens are directed to a separate scholarship application process.

Award Standards For The Chulabhorn Scholarship:
- Applicants must be under 30 years of age
- You must demonstrate a good English proficiency level with one of these two language test (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Scientific laboratory research experience is much needed
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree of CGPA of a least 2.75 in one of these areas:
- Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences
- Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
- Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- However, applicants from other fields are also welcome to apply
