Requirements
- Applicants from all countries are welcome to apply.
- You can apply if you are a ward of state or an orphan.
- Applicants living in public housing that is paid for by the federal government, in a foster home, or are homeless are eligible

- The annual scholarship amount can be up to $70,000.
- The university gives full scholarships to students whose families make less than $65,000 per year.
