Management of the National Service Authority (NSA) has formally announced the release of the first batch of postings for the 2025/26 service year. This signals the comencement of the deployment process for thousands of graduates ready to contribute to national development through their one-year mandatory service.
The official statement issued by the NSA indicated that, a total of Eighty-Five Thousand, one Hundred and Fifty-Nine (85,159) personnel drawn from accredited tertiary institutions across the country have been posted to various public and private user agencies.
The Authority also noted that this figure did not include personnel who encountered data mismatch issues or belong to special categories such as teachers, nurses, and midwives, whose placements are still under review. Affected persons are assured that their placement is part of the yet-to-be-released batch.
Postings Figures for The 2025/26 National Service Year
The NSA clarified the figures for this year’s deployment process as follows:
- Total Students Uploaded: 150,937
- Total Paid Pin Codes: 91,339
- Total Verified (with Ghana Card only): 85,459
- Total Personnel Completed Registration: 85,159
The institution expressed appreciation to the public for understanding the technical and procedural steps involved in the posting process and promised to ensure a transparent process.

NSS Registration and Validation Timeline
Regional Validation and Registration for service personnel will begin on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, and end on Friday, 21st November 2025.
All personnel are required to:
- Log onto the NSA website www.nsa.gov.gh to check their placements.
- Print their appointment letters for endorsement by their Line Manager or designated official.
- Book an online appointment for registration before the set deadline.
- Go to the assigned Regional Validation and Registration Centers with their endorsed letters and Ghana Card to complete the process.
The agency also reminded prospects to stay away from middlemen and syndicates. This points to the fact that the institution does not engage intermediaries for changes in postings or deployment arrangements.
Commencement Date
Monday, 3rd November 2025, all personnel are urged to accept their postings and be ready to contribute effectively to Ghana’s socio-economic development.
