- Promote Mensin Gold Health, Safety and Environmental actions for optimum performance .
- Ensure EHS management plans (relating to processing operations) are executed to deliver above average performance in these key areas
- Monitor and effectively manage all process plant operation activities including operating costs, production, and personnel

- Demonstrate in depth knowledge in a CIL operation utilizing SAG & Ball mills
- Ensure all mills run within the required set parameters (power and weight) for optimum operations.
- Assist in the reviewing of safe work procedures and ensure all work is done per the available procedures.

3. Senior Metallurgist – Plant
- Identify and implement innovative improvement projects that maximise the return from the entire value chain from mine to port
- Identify and promote continuous plant improvement to achieve and surpass metallurgical KPIs
- Provide day to day technical metallurgical support and coaching to mill operations

- Monitor plant operations to ensure process streams deliver on set points / targets Report anomalies/deviations to the Sectional Lead and Operations Lead
