The company provides expert services in various areas, including: Food and Nutrition Value Chain Development Services, Entrepreneurship Training & Business Incubation, Finance & Investment Management, Business Strategy Development & Implementation, Cooperatives Support Services, Marketing Planning & Analysis, Product Development Planning, Organizational Management, Monitoring & Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for executives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct research and compile data for business planning and analysis.
- Handle customer and client communications professionally.
- Support in coordinating meetings, training sessions, and webinars.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking business operations and projects.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required
Perquisitions:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- ALX-trained candidates will have an added advantage.
