Scalelite Solutions (S.S.) is advertising a new remote job opening. The firm is hiring a good vibes, curious, and a zero drama person who can grow with them as a Virtual Assistant. S.S. helps small businesses modernize their operations and marketing.
This is a basic admin role with room to expand. You’ll help the establishment stay organised, on schedule, and moving forward.
Core Tasks:
- Inbox management: sort, flag, draft simple replies.
- Calendar coordination: book/reschedule meetings, confirm attendees.
- Data entry & spreadsheets: keep everything neat and accurate.
- File organisation: manage Google Drive structure and naming.
- Document prep: tidy up proposals, PDFs, and reports.
- Meeting support: take notes and share action points.
- Research: gather vendor details, pricing, or contact info.
- Task tracking: update ClickUp and follow up on small items.
Who They Are Looking For:
Skills are important – but your personality matters most. They want someone who:
- Has good vibes: positive, easy-going, and a “no-BS” communicator.
- Is curious and eager to learn: asks smart questions instead of guessing.
- Brings reliability: if you say it’ll get done, it gets done.
- Is detail-oriented: typos and missed dates bother you.
- Enjoys working with people and keeping things moving.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 1+ year as a VA, admin, or support role.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Laptop + stable internet.
Bonus points for: ClickUp/Asana/Trello, Canva, SOP creation, or light bookkeeping.
Pay & Working Hours
- 20 guaranteed hours/week.
- $4/hour (=$80/week).
- Flexible schedule, but with 3-4 hours/day overlap in SAST.
- Remote contractor role.
- Paid via Wise, Payoneer, or bank transfer.
